Messaging Overview
Medical Office Online has three different types of messaging: Memos, Refills, and email. Memos are used for patient phone calls and are tracked through different stacks as they are handled. allows the Provider to order tests during the patient visit. Tests are tracked through each stage of their processing so that you can be sure that each test is handled properly.

Memos
Memos are used for patient phone calls and are tracked through different stacks as they are handled.

Refills
Refills are used to process refill requests.

Email
Each user gets their own email account. Email can be securely sent to all of the members of your practice and to other users in the medical office online community. Messages can be sent and received from outside domains as well.
