Structure
Medical Office Online is available only
through the Internet. The subscription fee is $275
per Provider per Month, and includes (1) User License for the provider (New Practice pricing available).
Discounts are available for practices with
more than one provider, part-time providers,
and for practices that do charity work (see
below). Each non-provider user also requires a User License ($15/mo). Your subscription includes the software,
redundant hosting, nightly backups and more (see the "What's
Included" section below). The subscription
term is 1 year.

What's Included
Each Medical Office Online account must
have at least one full provider license
(see Access Licenses below). Included with
your account are the following:
- Software Use - Access
and use your Medical Office Online system
for all licensed users from anywhere in
the world at any time, day or night. The
software includes EMR, scheduling, billing,
patient access, email and more.
- Software Upgrades -
Software upgrades including new features,
fixes, and enhancements are included with
your subscription and happen real time
with no installation or work on your end.
- High Performance Servers
- Medical Office Online exclusively uses
HP ProLiant industry standard commercial
servers. All servers are monitored and
undergo regular upgrades and maintenance.
- Tier 1 hosting - Your
system is hosted on two different servers
at two different secure hosting locations.
Your two servers synchronize hourly offering
you high level system availability.
- Data Storage - Your
subscription includes storage of up to
1 GB of data on our high-end secure servers. Additional storage is available for only
$30/month/GB.
- High-Level Security
- Top-end firewalls, security specialists,
and monthly security audits ensure that
your data is protected.
- Nightly Backups - Your
data is backed up to tape nightly at our
third hosting location.
- Support - Phone, email
and ticket system support is included
with your subscription.
- Training - Manuals,
videos and online help are available anytime.
Your setup fee includes one-on-one training
time with our professional trainers.
Access Licenses
Each person (other than a patient) who requires access to your system, must have either a Provider, Part-Time Provider or User Access License.

Provider
License
A Provider is considered any practitioner (M.D.,
D.O., N.P., etc.) who schedules visits,
performs operations or does procedures (i.e.,
performs billable services), either under
their own, or another's name/UPIN.
A Full provider license is required
for any provider who sees patients for
the practice three full or partial days a week or more,
regardless of where the patient
is seen. All practices must have
at least one full provider license.

Part-Time
Provider License
Any person who sees patients and performs
billable services for the practice
must have a Provider License or a
Part-Time Provider license. To qualify
for a Part-Time provider license:
- The practice must have at least
one full time provider.
- The part-time provider cannot
see patients for the practice more
than two days a week regardless
of where the patient is seen.
Part-Time providers will be audited
on a regular basis for usage. Please call with any questions. |

User License
Regular User Licenses are for people
in your practice that do not see patients.
Examples include receptionists, billers,
nurses, office managers, etc. |
Multiple Provider
Discounts
Medical Office Online will provide the following
discounts for multiple provider practices.
Discounts will only apply to full-time provider
fees.

Institutions and Charity Organizations
The Medical Office Online service
is 'at cost' for all public institutions,
such as the Charity Clinics, Veterans
Administration, Public Health Service,
Armed Services or Criminal Institutions
Medical Services. Please contact
us to find out if your public
institution qualifies and for a free
estimate of costs.

The Medical Office Online system is
available to new practices at a substantial

Other Costs

Data
Import Charges
If you would like to import the data
from your current system into Medical
Office Online, your data must be exported
into a raw text file. Medical Office
Online charges $150 for importing
a single Provider's existing electronic
data into their new Medical Office
Online virtual practice.
Electronic
Claims
Medical Office Online allows you to
use your choice of electronic claims
EDI clearing houses. Although electronic
claim processing can be easily integrated
with the Medical Office Online system,
the cost of your electronic claims
service is determined by your EDI
clearing house.
