Dr. Costello is President and CEO of Medical Office Online, Inc. He provides the vision and continues to progress Medical Office Online to the marketplace since March 1, 1998. He is a Board Certified Internist and Rheumatologist in private practice since 1985 with an A.B. (1974) and M.D. (1977) degrees from Saint Louis University (SLU)and Board Certification National Board of Medical Examiners, 1977, American Board of Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine, (SLU, 1980) and American Board of Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, (Barnes-Washington University 1984). Honors accrued include: Pi Mu Epsilon National Mathematics Honor Society 1979, Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society, 1973 and Phi Beta Kappa, 1973.
